Postage and packaging
a)     Delivery to mainland UK addresses is FREE
b) For any other address please conatct us and we will obtain a very competitive price for you. 

Delivery
a) Deliveries to mainland UK will be via our own courier.

Payment.
a) We accept cash/cheques, please send with your order.
b) We accept all major credit cards when you pay via Paypal

c) www.stoolsandtables.co.uk  is a subsidiary of Topline Ltd, and this is the name that will appear on your credit card bill.

d) We are happy to accept Paypal at no extra charge to you. (Paypal is free for buyers !)
e) All online payments are 100% secure and fully encrypted.

Returns.
a) If goods are faulty or not as described we will give either give you 100% refund (including post & packing) or will replace the goods free of charge, whichever you prefer.
b) Please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return to us in original packaging.
c) We cannot accept any returns on items that have been opened unless faulty.
